Founder and Partner Tim Clark has served as the Chief Communications Officer at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, as the Acting Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs at the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and as a Senior Executive focused on communications in the Executive Office of the President at the White House.
Clark has been a fixture in west coast political and public relations campaigns for over 25 years, and is an expert at messaging, public opinion analysis, digital and social media communications, coalition building, grassroots advocacy, and policy development.
Tim has been recognized and awarded for excellence by the American Association of Political Consultants and the National Telly Awards.
Founder and Partner Kimberly Doster grew up in the middle of California’s political scene and learned quickly from the best PR executives and political professionals in the State. She has worked on a wide range of winning political campaigns from local city council elections to presidential campaigns. She has also experienced the legislative side of politics, working at the California State Senate to improve the lives of fellow Californians.
Kim’s expertise has taken her to Washington DC, where she served first at the US Department of Commerce, and then at the White House in the Office of Science & Technology Policy. Kim gained a first-hand look at the national policymaking process, and collaborated across agencies to promote strategic federal policy with a positive national impact. Her work has supported efforts to promote trade, expand and protect critical infrastructure, and increase the Nation’s economic prosperity.
